Supplement tracker app for Android
A supplement tracker app keeps an accurate, current list of what you take — the products, the doses, and when you take them — and lets you check items off as you go. SuppSafety pairs StackWise, a local-first Android app, with a free web planner, so you can research and plan in any browser and track day to day on your phone. StackWise is currently in closed testing (no public download yet). This page is general information, not a personal recommendation.
What to look for in a supplement tracker app
- An accurate list. Names, forms, and doses matter — “magnesium glycinate 200 mg” is more useful than “magnesium.” See the glossary for form names.
- A schedule you can keep. Time-of-day phases with taken/skipped tracking beat a vague “I usually take it.” See the supplement scheduler guide.
- Caution awareness. Commonly discussed interactions and spacing and procedure/medication cautions you can raise with a professional.
- Privacy. A local-first app keeps your routine on your device rather than a company's servers.
- No selling. No ads, no affiliate links, and no products for sale — so the guidance is not steering you to buy.
How SuppSafety and StackWise fit
SuppSafety and StackWise are free, local-first, and do not sell supplements. StackWise (the Android app) lets you build a stack, run a Stack Review for caution categories, follow a schedule, and export a list for a clinician. The SuppSafety web planner does the same planning in any browser today, drawing on the same library and honest research-status notes.
StackWise: closed testing
StackWise is in closed testing on Android — there is no public store page or download link yet. You can start with the SuppSafety web planner now, and join StackWise testing below to help test the Android build.
